- SSStacyApr 3, 20261.0I went to Dunkin’ to order a large sweet tea with no ice. When I received my drink, the cup was only filled halfway. I asked the employee to top it off, but I was told that leaving it half full is their policy when a customer requests no ice. So basically, even though I paid full price for a large drink, I was given significantly less product simply because I didn’t want ice. Instead of correcting the issue, they chose to issue a refund rather than make it right by filling the cup. That experience was frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be returning.

- JPjohn pettyFeb 19, 20261.0So I went to Dunkin' Donuts on 8th Avenue. The key word here would be Donuts. I pull up in the Drive-Thru and the person tells me they have no donuts. It is 6:00 p.m. on a Thursday evening. I asked them is this Dunkin' Donuts? But we don't have any donuts. That's lazy absolutely lazy, that's like going to Taco Bell and they have no tacos.
