  Hospitality and food were on point. Intimate atmosphere with grand decor. Had a great time for our first visit in Nashville, thanks to our waiter, Aman and bartender, Jennice!

  Great ambience and excellent service—perfect for a celebration night. The food was inconsistent overall. The portobello katsu felt a bit oily and heavy, and the roasted cauliflower was underwhelming on the first bite though it improved with the sauce. The truffle pizza was okay but not memorable in both taste and presentation. For dessert, I ordered the warm chocolate cake, and while it tasted good, the cake itself was a bit dry and could have been more moist. Overall, a nice experience for the vibe and hospitality, but the food didn’t fully meet expectations.

  I took my father to Drusie & Darr for his birthday and it was easily one of the best meals we've enjoyed together. The restaurant is situated beneath the hotel but it doesn't remotely feel like a dingy basement. It was a quiet, peaceful atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease and reminds you just why it's one of Nashville's top fine dining experiences. My father, who has trouble with gluten and dairy since his cancer treatments, was able to enjoy every single dish he wanted to thanks to the fantastic accommodations our server, Taylor, made for him. If you ever have the pleasure of dining at D&D, you will not regret it. Listen to every recommendation your server makes, they know what they re talking about.

  Absolutely fabulous always. Food is wonderful and staff is so warm and inviting. All servers are extremely knowledgeable about the menu and every menu has so much to offer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all worth it. The warm shrimp salad is out of this world and dessert is a must !!

  Where do I even begin?! After enjoying numerous noisy crowded restaurants in the heart of Nashville, we were so thrilled to find this gem! Quiet, serene, beautiful and most importantly, absolutely delicious!! We started with the incredible burrata. Fresh soft cheese surrounded by plump fresh juicy citrus fruit. In addition, the warm fresh baked slices of bread which melted in our mouths. Our dinners were amazing! Poppyseed encrusted salmon and the other had sriracha infused beef tenderloin. Incredible! All the flavors in each bite brought joy and exhilaration! You’d think we had it all, but our amazing waiter tempted us with dessert, four layer coconut cake with a scoop of passion fruit gelato and espresso to accompany, made this meal adventure complete. If you have only one night in Nash, you must eat here!! ps don’t forget to peek in the original Art Deco bathrooms 😳
