  I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by the level of disrespect and poor service I experienced at this restaurant. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had. To begin with, the staff was incredibly rude from the start. There was no sense of professionalism, no willingness to help, and absolutely no respect shown during the interaction. What made the situation even worse was that during a phone call, I was spoken to in an unacceptable and offensive manner. Being treated with that level of disrespect is completely inexcusable for any business, let alone one that is supposed to serve the public. On top of the terrible service, the food quality was equally concerning. I found hair in my food, which is not only disgusting but also raises serious concerns about cleanliness and basic health standards. That alone should never happen in a restaurant that takes pride in its service. It also seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority here at all. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve issues, there appears to be a pattern of deflecting blame and avoiding accountability. That kind of approach only makes situations worse and shows a lack of care for customers. Overall, this experience was unacceptable on multiple levels—service, respect, and food quality. I would strongly caution others before choosing to dine here. There are plenty of places that value their customers and maintain proper standards—unfortunately, this is not one of them.

  Slow delivery. One of the pizzas was incorrect and when I called to request a new one be sent out, I had to pay another delivery fee. 😔 Pizza is ok, not as good as other Domino's for some reason. Probably would choose a local establishment instead next time.
