  It’s impressive and disappointing how bad the service is at this location. Be prepared to repeat your order multiple times and have them still make it wrong. Unfriendly and folks who genuinely just don’t care. Sad!

  I love the veggie bowl, it's filling, fresh and tastes fantastic.I have been eating the veggie bowl for 2 weeks straight I'm going for 30 days straight, that's how much I like it.

  I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at this location. The service felt unprofessional and not up to the standard I expect from Chipotle. When I ordered chicken, there was none available at the front, but I was told it was “okay.” However, what I received was noticeably overcooked and dry, like it had been sitting for a long time. That’s not something that should be served to customers. Additionally, the bowl I was given was visibly crushed, which made the overall presentation worse. I understand that things can get busy, but basic food quality and presentation should still be maintained. I’d appreciate it if a manager could look into this and address these issues.

  This girl gave me the smallest scoop of chicken imaginable and then went back and took more chicken out of my bowl. When I asked what she was doing she just shrugged. Manager was right next to her and said nothing too. 0/5 service.

  Food is consistently made wrong if you order through the drive through. If you go in and stand in line for the lunch rush, they wont have some items ready and prepped as well. You will wait in the drive through line for 10-25 mins longer after your order ready time. Went back to back days and both days they got my order wrong as well as giving me terribly small portions. When I went into the store to talk to a manager and showed him the picture of my food (told him I live 20 mins one way and I just stop in from my way from work before going home), I was told that “I shouldve brought the food in when I saw it wasnt to the standard, team works hard, and I should probably just go to a different chipotle location” - refused any sort of compensation. Pretty absurd and terrible customer service.
