- EEEricaMar 7, 20261.0This isn’t your standard “With Pleasure” customer service experience. The workers definitely carry theirselves like they’re over worked and underpaid or they just flat out don’t care. And it’s not a one off experience. As an airline worker I’ve experienced a number of incidents here. Before the airport expanded you would get quality service and product. I’ve had a couple orders not inputted correctly or just made wrong, which I don’t understand as it’s a basic menu. And don’t bother asking them to fix it you’ll be met with a lot of attitude for their inconvenience and given yet another wrong order. Ive watched as workers confidently handed off drinks and shakes 2/3 full and then respond with attitude when asked to fix it. The line is way too long to wait for such bad service and quality control. Also don’t tip here, I once offered a custom tip and was upset to realize I was charged way more. Take yourself to Shake Shack or Burger King.
