The staff were friendly and food was good, even though the fries were cold, but we sat in that line for a half hour. It was by far the slowest of any drive thru ever. Never going back to this location, as this was not the first time to experience this wait.

Two employees responsible for taking orders were loudly arguing with each other about their personal relationship while actively serving customers. The lack of awareness and professionalism was concerning and made it difficult to even place an order. This isn’t an isolated issue—there seems to be a consistent lack of customer service and overall professionalism at this location. Leadership also appeared ineffective in addressing the situation in real time. Chick-fil-A is typically known for high standards, which makes this location particularly disappointing. Significant improvement is needed in both staff conduct and management oversight.

Five minutes later they received their food before I did. I asked the worker where was my food? She said she didn’t know she was gonna go check. I go in behind her. Find her Literally pouring my food out of a bag onto a tray and about to Bring it to me. I’m pretty sure it was cold by this point I had to get a refund.
