  I’ve came here numerous times and always have a good experience . What can I say cava is delicious and the crew they have making the food is awesome. Ahmed is amazing… if you get the chance to talk to him please do he’s super nice and easy going. Overall I highly recommend this location !!!

  I had a great experience at Cava! The food was fresh and really good, and the place was clean and organized. I also want to thank the manager, Omar. He was very kind, professional, and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell he cares about both customers and his team. I will definitely be coming back!!! ☺️

  This was literally the best experience I’ve ever had in a CAVA! Service was worthy of a luxury restaurant, the food was made by the own gods, and the atmosphere was literally so cozy, I could’ve stayed there for hours. If you are thinking of visiting or having for the first time ever, please come to this CAVA, the manager Omar was so nice and friendly, and all of the staff were so attentive and caring for the food they were preparing. I felt taken care off, and I would eat here everyday if I could.

  At 4:30 PM at CAVA Green Hills, Rami provided excellent customer service by taking the time to explain the concept and walking our group through the menu. He paid close attention to detail and made everyone feel at home, while the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. An unexpected surprise was that he brought out extra food for me to try, which elevated the experience to a level of fine dining quality, even though we had only stopped in for a quick bite. I would likely return and purchase dinner for my family!!!

  I came in on March 17 2026 at 8pm and I was disappointed. Ive been a long time fan of cava and have around 100 shares of the stock. I purchased it back when it was $30 a share because they were everything chipotle was but better (including serving size). Unfortunately, I went in and the girl working scaped the last bit of rice and out it into my bowl and considered it a serving (about half as much as I usually get). Instead of taking the extra two minutes to get a fresh batch she moved on to the chicken. Half the chicken spoon was already filled with chicken stuck to it, meaning the two scoops I normally get amounted to one (the chicken was so stuck it didn't come out and just took up space in the spoon). I did ask for additional and she did give it to me but it still didn't amount to the normal portion size. For future improvement advise training people to take the extra couple minutes to get a fresh batch when running low and to clean out the spoon if chicken is stuck. I used to get extremely generous portions at all Cavas I went to buy, like chipotle, they seem to be more stingy. As a whole, I hope cava focuses on consistent portion sizes (even put it in a measuring cup if u have to) so they don't plateau like Chipotle did.
