  My family and I have had the pleasure of experiencing B-Dubs across quite a bit of this country as well as internationally and I'm quite happy to let y'all know that you're literally the worst. We went with take out today and not checking over yours guys' work is literally my biggest regret this year so far. We paid for 13 extra sauces and got 0. You left one of our wet nugget orders dry and barren of even a seasoning. We specified no veggies as they were going to be wasted and you sent three huge bags of them but no beer cheese for our pretzel bites. At least y'all also forgot the honey mustard so we didn't have to worry about figuring out which one was better paired. Honestly, it really bothers me when people won't just DO their jobs but thankfully we aren't from ANYWHERE near here and we can steer all the way away from your lovely establishment. The worst part is that B-Dubs is supposed to be fun and yummy, we've been partaking for years so we know better, but anybody who comes to your restaurant for the first time is going to be lost to the corporation for life if you don't change something pretty soon.

  *Response: Don't bother "passing this along", I submitted feedback on the website over a week ago with no response. It's clear that no one cares about this location* Original: Food is overcooked, always takes forever, most staff ignores you, you have to literally call them over to get service. Just an awful establishment.

  As a kitchen manager, I have a bit more tolerance for the culinary world, but this was the worst food I’ve ever had. The mozzarella sticks were tasteless and definitely not worth $10 for six small sticks. Considering they come frozen, I shouldn’t have expected much. The wings were overcooked, flavorless, and the Jerk sauce was awful. The dry rubs were decent, but they didn’t taste like Buffalo or lemon pepper. The meat was rough and resembled beef jerky. We waited about 45 minutes for our food. On a busy night, I understand the wait, but it seemed pretty slow. The service was average. Nothing stood out. The food runner just dropped our food off without checking in. The beer selection was pretty basic, with just your standard domestic-style beers. I wish they would carry more local options. Overall, I would rate this experience a 1 out of 5.

  Kind of confusing walking in i'm used to a waiter walking you to your spot and here you can just choose anywhere you want. it was really good though! :)
