- JPJosh Pena5 days ago5.0I had such a great experience at Bruegger’s on Harding Pike! The ladies working there were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. I ordered the vanilla cold brew (which was delicious, but a little on the sweeter side—so if you prefer less sweetness, you might want to ask for it toned down), along with the avocado bacon and egg sandwich on an everything bagel. I got it with regular eggs instead of egg whites, and WOW… it was absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together. Between the great food and the warm, friendly service, this place is definitely a favorite now. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

They are texting while working, eating and drinking not looking good . I wont be back. Honestly I am surprised they are still opwn for this location with this kind of employees. Hope it changes for better.

I’ve been here around a dozen times, and the morning crew has never once gotten my order right. If I’m paying extra for two eggs on a sandwich, I expect to actually receive two eggs. I’ve been to Bruegger’s in Minneapolis many times, so I know what the standard should be. Unfortunately, this location hasn’t come close to that experience. What’s more frustrating is that when mistakes are pointed out, the response often feels defensive rather than solution-oriented. It comes across like the morning staff simply doesn’t care about accuracy or customer experience. I really hope management takes a closer look at the consistency and service here, because the food has potential — the execution just isn’t there.
