I dont have problems when I come early during the week days but Sundays are the worst! The ladies that work during the week, have fresh food and service that is great. I know many adults dont want to work on Sundays or weekends but there should be an adult that can run this place in the same manner as the week day. You will absolutely not get anyone on the phone when you call and have an issue with your oder. I've even tried filing a complaint with the corporate office and no call back. No refund or replacement. I like Bojangles but I dont like when you spend your time to come here and orders are old after you have got them fresh any other days.I am here waiting 20 mins for my chicken to get done, no type of offer to add another peice, no offer to provide a drink while waiting. I wish there another location besides just this one on this side of town.
