    I have to go to Blue sushi anytime I’m in Nashville. The lion king is the best roll. Crab rangoons are 10/10 & the happy hour is incredible. Karen was our waitress & was so attentive and fun!!!!

    I am an Uber driver, and I come here regularly to deliver customers' meals on time; however, on every visit, I end up waiting for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Furthermore, since there is no available parking in the city center, I am constantly being fined by parking enforcement officers. This issue inevitably impacts the customers as well, as I am unable to deliver their meals on time. The staff here are extremely indifferent; they fail to hand over customers' orders to the Uber drivers for pickup in a timely manner. Consequently, their service quality is very poor, and their employees lack professionalism. I would like to address the customers who place delivery orders from this establishment: ordering from here results in both a waste of your money and a ruined meal. Moreover, the Uber driver working on your behalf—who is waiting at the pickup point—suffers financial loss as a result. I wanted to write this here to inform you of the situation. I hope the staff will be more attentive in the future and rectify this issue by taking these concerns into consideration.

    If you’re looking for somewhere to go before going out and don’t want anything too heavy, you need to go here. Everything is so delicious, the service is great and the environment is top-notch. The happy hour menu has an incredible selection with both food and drink options. The sushi is extremely fresh and I would definitely recommend this to anyone. From the sake to the shishito peppers 👌🏻

    AMAZING! This was an unexpected experience. We came downtown for an event and went to a few restaurants, looking at menus, hoping for some meat,and kept being drawn back to Blue. When we entered and discovered there was one item, the hot rocks, that was beef and being sushi lovers, we decided to stay. BEST decision! Unique flavors and each item we tried had its own flavor profile. Surprise for sure by the Escobar that was marinated, aka “Black tuna. We have eaten sushi all over the country and world, and I have not been exposed to that, and we were not disappointed. Even the “ginger salad“ was a whole other level than what we’ve had at any Japanese or sushi restaurants previously. I think the buttery bib lettuce, and the crispy wonton adds were a great and thoughtful item. Even our margarita surprised us, as we tend to be additive free tequila “snobs”, yet they were well done, not overly sweet, and paired wonderfully with the food and we just kept enjoying them! And last, yet in no way least, was our server Yvette!!! We were greeted with a smile, provided recommendations and authentic conversations during our time that added to the overall atmosphere and our dining experience. THANK YOU YVETTE!!! There were a couple other employees that stopped by and just checked in, not in an obnoxious or interruptive way, and it just was a really great experience. Oh, and my husband said to make sure and include the images on the walls, most importantly to him was Godzilla. 😎

    Jaylan (or Jaclyn?) our server, was fantastic. She not only gave us great recommendations on the menu but she remembered my wife and I from the last time we visited and knew what we liked! Also, the sushi was mouth watering and fresh, and the drinks were all delicious. For great service and sushi in downtown Nashville, I highly recommend Blue Suhi and say hi Jaylan! (Who might be behind th bar too as bartender!) Thank you!
