  “The gimmick in the mall” it shouldn’t even be a restaurant, the food was that bad. The atmosphere was cool, the fish seemed taken care of, from what we could see from the dark corner we were put in. Every plate (5 meals) was disgusting, plates left mostly full at the end. The ahi tuna nachos were mostly stale wonton crisps, and the ahi was chewy. The slaw was entirely missing. The burger was dry and overcooked. Fries cold and not crispy. Seafood stir fry was burned. Service was so slow, my child waited 45 minutes for pasta with marinara.

  Went to the Aquarium Restaurant to celebrate my birthday the other day with my boyfriend, and best to say I was disappointed in the lack of atmosphere and the bland food. Our server Thomas was absolutely amazing and did everything he could do to make us comfortable and to have our drinks and food to our table ASAP. Additionally, one of the dinner menus had no prices labeled which comes off as deceiving as you have to ask your server for them, and even they don't know the exact prices and only know a estimate. Was disappointed as I came here for my celebration, and the only saving grace that allowed us to have a good time was Thomas, which thank you if you're reading this! ☺️💕

  The ahi tuna nachos were great! The gator tacos were ok, upside down, with the cabbage and sauce in the bottom of the taco and the gator on top. Then the crazy began…. The cleaning staff arrived while we were still eating. There were 4 people sweeping and turning tables over cleaning up everything around us. It was a circus and not a restaurant. Completely rushed us out of the place ruining the end of the meal. We didn’t even get to look at dessert menus. We were done, so said the cleaning crew. Truly an embarrassing experience. This isn’t a restaurant.

  Where do I even begin, outside of the obviously cool large tank they have this place is a hellscape. I ordered a pasta (usually difficult item to ruin) and it was DISGUSTING, it was Luke warm and bland. It also had weird film on it like it had been sitting out or was someone else's that they didn't need and gave to me. Regardless it was badddd and even worse was when I spoke to the manager John I believe, about it he seemed annoyed or bothered by us. He was short and EXTREMELY condescending. I've never been to a restaurant or a restaurant manager for that matter, that made me as the customer feel more unwelcomed.

  I’ve visited Nashville several times and this is my first time ever experiencing dinner at the Aquarium. Deandre was our waiter and I must say this was in the Top 3 best experiences I’ve ever had . Deandre recommended delicious dishes as well as a Fabulous dessert. The food and service was above my expectations. They were prompt with bringing it to the table as well as it was Fresh and seasoned to perfection. We waited almost 2 hours as we didn’t have reservations, however it was well worth the wait and I will surely return on my next trip to Nashville. I’ve attached a picture of our server so if you are ever there definitely ask for him . You can tell by his smile he has an amazing spirit and was in my opinion the Best server there . Tell him Tiffany sent you !!!! Kudos to the entire staff kitchen included, and 5 Stars to the establishment as a whole .
