i’m hoping that as they’re open longer that they’ll get their act together but this location does not offer the same quality of service that i’m used to with 7 brew. the drinks taste great when they finally come out; however, it takes a ridiculous amount of time to place an order and subsequently receive your order. i genuinely think i could drive to the madison location and back and it would take less time than ordering at the east nashville location. the employees are all very nice but it seems like they need significantly more training than they’ve received
The location was quite busy when I stopped by. ONE person was getting an order taken, preparing the order she takes, & also directing traffic . What??!? Yeah. One person doing a job of three. This is not okay. My experience suffered tremendously. The person I am talking about was so rude for obvious reasons right.!? And Face looked like she could fight the next person and attitude was on 100. Excuse me? As a manager at a small coffee shop, this place needs to HIRE & PAY some HELP considering how stupid busy they are and how stupid rude the employees clearly are on top of that.

I love this 7 Brew! I have stopped at a few around Nashville and the team here is incredible. Their kindness went beyond today and the lines were LONG. They have quite a team that never waivered and their smiles did not fade. Shout out to Maya, Alvin, Renae, Gracie, Liv and Cam!
Truly an awful and selfish company, their customers illegally turn from trinity in the parking lot across a double yellow line and hold up traffic. There was 30 cars laying on the horn for three cars trying to turn in to the lot illegally. The employees don’t do anything to deter them. The honking was complete chaos. Truly an awful addition to the neighborhood. Get out of east nashville.

Today marked my 3rd visit to this new location and while my first visit was absolutely 5 stars, the last two times the drinks and service received was horrible.
Granted today’s visit, was much busier than the previous two, they absolutely missed the mark with this one. This visit, it took almost 25 mins to receive my drink and I was the 4 car in lane 1. There was various issues and frustrations going on with team as it was seen thru the communication amongst them selves and with the customers.
Once I received my drink on today’s visit (which was the same one I got on my first visit) it was absolutely terrible. I asked for oat milk due to me being lactose intolerant and I did not receive it and now my stomach is hurting. It was too busy for me to even turn around and return and I had to proceed to work.
I really wish this could’ve been as good as the first time but 7Brew definitely missed the mark
