  dressing was busted on the side with crusty old dressing stuck to it. was already everywhere when pulling out of the drive through and there’s no way they didn’t notice. called three times before someone answered and all i got was “okay” extremely lazy service every time i go through this location.

  We may never be back due to the lack of service and bad attitudes. Rude when taking an order and rude when asking for ketchup, no drinks in the drink machine. Disappointed in our new location, Management needs to do better about training employees to be kinder.

  I usually love this location but quality and customer service have been mediocre for months now. Whoever is making the potatoes please stop stomping them like this . This is just a big mess I can’t even mix in ingredients or butter

  Only person in the drive through. I think wow this wont take long. I order, pull up, give my card, girl gives it back, I say thank you, she shuts window in my face. I get it some people have bad days. I wait 5 mins, another girl hands me my food pretty much overflowing. I check to make sure everything is in there and my baconator fries are sideways in the bag with 3 burgers 3 nuggets and 3 fries. Its irritated to pay for something and them shove it in a bag with zero care. It was just the all around disrespect from the very start that lead me here. You need to have a talk with your night crew..

  2nd time I have waited over 5 minutes for a bake potato. Some of the servers had really bad attitudes and then was holding the other food we ordered until the bake potato was done and my husband asked about the food the servers seemed offended because he wanted his food to eat. The frosty wasn’t what I ordered and when I questioned about it I was told they were out of what I asked for.
