  I rarely leave such reviews at places and I definitely try not to leave such negative reviews but I felt it was needed. I went to order a salad and I wanted to replace the chicken but the woman taking the orders was so rude, cut me off, made me wait and than had an attitude when I wanted to switch from a salad to something else as I wasn’t able to replace the chicken. She made me wait so long that there was a long line behind me and no one in front of me. When I finally got to the window she rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything to me, however I will say the lady at the next window handing out food was very sweet. When I got my food, my large fry, which is in the photo (I’ve had 3 before this) wasn’t even full all the way and my burger was a mess. I love Wendy’s but this was just a disappointment, and I would suggest going to the one down the road before going to this one.

  Wanted to use a coupon that asked for $5 purchase before using. I spent $5 and the cashier scanned the coupon on my phone. When I asked where were the free nuggets apparently it didn’t ring up and the manager or whatever she was said I had to tell them that I wanted the free nuggets. At that point I might as well clock in because 1. I told the cashier I had a coupon. 2. The QR code was scanned. Then the lady said to get the free nuggets I’d have to spend an extra $5 for them to scan it again. Why would I pay $10 for 6 free nuggets. At that point might as just buy them. It got to the point where she was giving attitude, my face probably was but at the end of the day I was like it’s 6 nuggets it’s not that serious so I left. But the reason I gave 1 star is for how it was handled.

  The jr bacon cheeseburger was dry and the bun was stale. Chicken wrap was also dry with no ranch. Fries were cold and rubbery. Frosty was watery. Wendy’s is normally reliable, this is probably the most disappointing meal I have had from one.

  I went for lunch (dine in) on a Tuesday. They were busy, but still had my food fixed and served right after I paid. Makayla was the cashier. She was very kind and when she had a break in customers, she walked around and spot cleaned, even asking me if she could take my tray. She is a star employee.
