    I submitted a delivery order through my Taco Bell app. There was an issue with the delivery address that I tried to correct. I corrected it on my Taco Bell order, I contacted the Doordash Delivery person to let them know that the delivery location was not accurate. I texted the delivery person the location all before the item was picked up. There are instructions on the app that the food needs to be left with the front desk because I work on the second floor of an office building. All of this was ignored. The driver "delivered" my food to an unfamiliar location and took a picture of the "delivered" food being left on a dirty brick step. Then the driver called me to verify the delivery. The driver could not read English and had a very limited understanding of English entirely. He was upset at first and said if I paid him $5 he would bring my food to the correct location. I told him I didn't have $5 and that I would just call Taco Bell because this did not seem to be resolvable. But he said Nononono, please don't call, I will bring to you. Again, I shared my address with him twice through the Door Dash number but he sent a message back that I had to translate because it was in Arabic... telling me to send him the location..so I sent the address a third time and a pin. He still went to the wrong location but he was at least closer. I NEVER received my food. I called three different Taco Bell locations one of which was the S. Rutherford location in Murfreesboro (which is where the order was placed according to my app). The people I spoke with said they had no record of my order. Funny thing, my card still got charged. I have reached out in every way I know how to get this corrected. Maybe this will be enough to get someone's attention. Someone owes me money. I don't know if that would be Taco Bell or Door Dash. But neither entity has returned my communication efforts. I will not be using my Taco Bell app every again. Taco Bell and Door Dash, ya'll need to do better. - Niki

    I have ordered from this store multiple times and by multiple ways (mobile order, doordash, and at the speaker). Things are always wrong or something is always missing. Tonight I ordered on doordash and the Baja blast freeze was the wrong size and wrong flavor. It was also only filled up about 3/4 of the way full. I also had added chicken to the steak quesadilla and the chicken was missing.

    I ordered 2 soft taco supremes online, after I left I noticed they were just regular soft tacos, I called the store and asked for a manager and they asked me to call back

    **Edited** My husband called back and spoke with the manager, Taylor. Taylor was more than happy and willing to remake the wrong items himself as they should be. In my eyes, it is resolved. I appreciate you Taylor. Usually didnt have issues here but lately it seems to be nothing but them from this location. The final straw was ordering over $60 worth of food for myself and the kids/their friends. Only to have half my order missing. Called and was told they "knew and to come back". Came back and they made the missing items no problem thankfully. Asked if two of the items that were originally missing would be made as they were indicated since there were modifications. They ASSURED me they were made as we specified so I left. Got home? Nope. DROWNING in sour cream when asked to have none. Called again and told that there was nothing that can be done since it was made through the app. Tried to go through the app to get a refund? Its a joke. Its basically just putting in an email complaint and waiting for someone to care. Over $15 worth of food that cant even be eaten.
