  I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location tonight. The employee working the front seemed extremely unsteady she was tripping over things, moving around erratically, and seemed very out of it. Her behavior made the whole situation feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. She asked me to pull up to the side for a very small order, even though the drive-thru wasn’t busy at all. Despite there being no rush, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for a quesadilla combo. When the food finally came out, it was cold, which was frustrating considering the long wait. Overall, the service felt disorganized and the staff member’s behavior was concerning. This was one of the worst Taco Bell visits I’ve had, and I hope management addresses these issues so future customers have a better experience.

  They just threw all my food in the bag.And basically all the tacos fell out.And I got a bag full of lettuce and meat.No food for dinner

  The staff was very friendly. I don't fault anyone for customer service, but the food was horrendous. I know shrinkflation and inflation have been the buzzwords since 2022, but if you pay $6.40 for one burrito, you'd expect a burrito that's more fillings than tortilla. Wrong. I would have taken a picture if I wasn't driving. I got a TINY grande breakfast burrito that was mostly the sour cream and nacho cheese that I paid $1.70 extra for. I will not be back to this location. Bojangles is my only breakfast spot from now on.
