  I visited this location during my lunch break today and had a very disappointing experience. When I entered the restaurant, an employee was on the floor stocking chips. As the line grew longer, she went to the back and then returned to prepare food without washing her hands, putting on gloves instead. This is a serious food safety concern. When it was my turn, a gentleman wearing a black polo shirt took my order. I asked for a protein wrap. The wrap was poorly prepared—only two pieces of meat, a full bed of brown lettuce, soggy tomatoes, and an excessive amount of mustard. The quality was unacceptable, and I asked that it be thrown away. Between the lack of proper hand hygiene, poor food quality, and overall customer service, I will not be returning to this location. Handling food without washing hands is a major issue and should never happen.
