  Ordered a footlong by itself, a footlong meal of the day, and a 6 pack of cookies. Placed the order at 1:47, and it says it would be ready around 2:05. Get there at 2:06, walk in and tell them the name on the order. It takes telling them the name 3 times for them to actually go look. They say, the cookies aren’t ready for another 7 minutes. Go wait in the car until 2:25. Go in and check on the food, still not done. 2:30 they finally hand over the food, completely forgetting the drink and chips. It should not take that long to make an order that simple. By the time I got home, the sandwich’s were room temperature after being toasted. When the store was called, they had no manager or supervisor to speak to and would not give corporate’s number. Never ever go here.

  Placed an order around 1:50p / Order was “Ready” to get picked up at 2:08p / Currently still waiting on the order to be ready (2:26p). Lady working the line was standing there eating chips and then cleaned her hands using her mouth. Didn’t even wash them, just put on gloves and started working on someone else’s order. ( Gonna be making a phone call to the health department since the store wouldn’t take my complaint serious)
