  My family ordered a pizza yesterday the kids wanted cheese and we got the expensive one for ourselves we did something simple and added sausage Canadian bacon and mushrooms. I’m the one that enjoys the mushrooms most and was excited to order out and get a pizza. When it came it came fast the delivery was exceptional but our pizza we had built that was $19 dollars had very little cheese on it was mainly bread and the mushroom we found only around 2 or 3. We were disappointed in our pizza. Makes us not want to order again from papa John’s which is normally our favorite because of a lack of toppings.

  I picked up my pizza tonight on 09 February 2026 around 630pm at the Murfreesboro Church St location. Walked in, the place was clean and I’m immediately greeted by a worker. Very professional and took my information, verified the order and was polite, he showed he took pride in his work and that’s impressive. Everyone was working, I didn’t hear any customer bad mouthing, no drama, just a group of people providing a great service.

  Visited for Carry out today (Friday) And naturally, everyone in Murfreesboro is getting pizza. They were slammed. My email said my order would be ready at the time I walked in, but they told me it was still in the oven. There were probably seven or eight of us standing and waiting in the lobby. The young lady taking phone calls seemed to be struggling a little bit. She was probably new. That’s understandable. We’ve all been there. What I would like to highlight is the gentleman that was boxing up the pizzas. I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but he was working his butt off and keeping an eye on the front all at the same time. He stepped away when it was OK for him to do so, and asked us if he could help us. He politely told me my pizza was still in the oven and then proceeded to help the next person. At this point a few people were getting anxious and impatient. I remained calm and stood there observing the massive chaos haha. Finally, the gentleman that asked me previously my name brought over my pizza and drinks and smiled at me. Yes, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes longer than I should have but to see him so dedicated to his job and his customers was very refreshing. Whoever he is, he needs to be acknowledged for his hard work and positive attitude in a stressful environment. Hats off to you, my friend, you will go very far in life! Leadership, check the cameras and give this dude a promotion!
