  This Mcdonalds used to be so friendly and the food was usually right. But a few days ago I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle, extra onions, but I got a cheeseburger with no patty. Of course thats not a big deal so we went back to ask them for a new burger. The lady at the window said that there's " no way" that they forgot it, basically that we were lying about the patty. Mind you, the cheese was melted to the bun... if I took the patty wouldnt the cheese be ripped or something? She took the wrong burger back and put a patty in the EXACT SAME bun and wrapper then handed it back to me. That is a health violation. When I opened the " corrected" burger, there was a patty, but it was COVERED in onions. I immediately started crying because all I wanted was a damn burger, and I only have so much money for food. Thank you so much Mcdonalds, I will never come back and honestly I dont ever want Mcdonalds from any location ever again. App deleted. ( photo is first time we got the burger)

  Arrived to the store at 10:50, sat at the speaker until 11:01 when someone came on the speaker and said "sorry we're closed". Posted closing time was 12:00, but even if it was changed to 11, no reason to waste my time. If the business isn't going to serve, just tell me when I get there

  This restaurant needs a whole overhaul. They used to be good but these new employees are terrible. The food is either cold or wrong. We got a messed up burger, took it back, and they took the burger and fixed the same burger on the line instead of making us a fresh burger. Acted like they couldn’t possibly have messed this up and that we were lying about missing a patty. Then out of spite, a sandwich that already had extra onion, they slap another 2 servings of onion on there. Ridiculous.

  If you want a decently friendly or quick experience, go to the 2180 Old Fort Pkwy, Medical Center, or Memorial locations. I understand this location probably has most of its issues due to understaffing and a lot of the staff being teenagers. This location always has the drive thru moving pretty slow, has had some of the rudest employees (which I know doesn’t reflect every employee but it sucks :/), they make you wait 10+ minutes if you want to pick your order up curbside or at the counter, and half the time the front counter has no one there anyway. On multiple occasions, I’ve gone inside (after waiting 15 minutes for my curbside order of two drinks) to find a crowd of people waiting to be served with multiple employees behind the counter and in the kitchen area just ignoring them.

  Absolutely the worst customer service. Who says hello in drive thru? That it? really? If you don't like your job or you're bad at it which the girl in drive thru @ 10:26pm IS AWFUL... she need to go...
