  Food was cold and tasted bad, was told in the drive through to pull to a spot away from the window and waited for my food for 15 minutes

  Funny how my code NEVER seems to work for the same old lady. Every time. I just stop going to this one because I know my code will never work and I’ll be sitting in line for some unsalted fries for 15min.

  Fries were overcooked and not fresh. Barbecue sauce wasn’t included, got sweet and sour instead which is stupid, nuggets were okay but not the greatest, service wasn’t great either… please just go to the Taco Bell by McDonald’s. Will save you the sadness, and give you happiness.

  We normally have no issues with this location, but was taken aback by the rudeness of the young guy working the second window. I pointed out the fountain drink was not the correct color to be the right thing, and he responded “I can’t do anything to fix it because the machine made it that way” when the syrup just needed to be changed. He shut the window before I could request anything different.

  My wife went and got us some breakfast this morning and let me just say it was horrendous. We ordered the steak egg and cheese bagels. The steak on my wife’s bagel looked like it was made 3 days ago, and the icing on the cake was that they completely forgot the steak on mine. It was clearly in a steak egg and cheese wrapping paper, but I ended up with a slice of cheese and two piles of egg on a bagel that was aged about 3 days. To say the least, I will no longer be using this McDonald’s. This was not the first time this has happened either. It’s not worth driving back to get another bagel and it’s frustrating throwing $20-30 in the trash. I am curious If there is any kind of quality check before these items go in the bag?
