  The employees at this location are extremely rude. The guy working the drive through did not say one word to me. I don’t expect top notch service everywhere but to not say one word and you’re working a drive thru is beyond me. This is the second time this has happened and I won’t be returning.

  The donuts were fresh! The new girl was nervous when placing my order, since she had never made an order on a coffee / mocha order. I told her not to worry, we all start somewhere, and eventually it’ll be easy. She was professional and joyful. I hope her crew is kind to her.

  Today Around 7:10am. My husband went to get me warm fresh off the belt donuts. Because I am not feeling well and told him I was craving warm Krispy Kreme. He went to get them for me In the morning. A mean black lady working there told him “he can only have cold ones”. Even though he asked for the hot ones that was just coming off. Very rude behavior and have never experienced such behavior before. I know purpose of hot light is so customer can get hot ones. My husband was upset telling me the what happened and I’m outraged. We go there just for the fresh hot donut guess not anymore….

  I really loved this krispy kreme. They've decided to start closing an hour early I guess. Not sure what it is about businesses in this town doing that. When they don't decide to close early the service and donuts are good. So frustrating.

  The drive thru menu displays that a 10 count order of dots original glazed is $2.49 when you order a dozen doughnuts. The individual that took my order stated that my order would have to be placed online in order to pay $2.49 which isn’t true. The menu didn’t state that the order had to be placed online. I then ask if the price could be honored as a result of what the menu displays and was told that it couldn’t. I then asked to speak to a supervisor in which I was told that the menu is incorrect, corporate is supposed to be sending a new menu, and the price couldn’t be honored. The manager also stated that the price couldn’t be honored due to another manager giving away free doughnuts/products. At $15.99 for a dozen, I’ll keep my business local. Donut Palace, Daylight Doughnuts, and Donut Country are my absolute favorites. Krispy Kreme was as well.
