Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The chicken sandwich was good but the chicken salad was inedible because it had zero flavor. No salt no pepper no spices it was absolutely tasteless. I hope you can improve the seasoning for future orders.

Ordered online & went & picked up on 08/16/25, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, SOGGY BUN ON ONE SIDE AND HARD AS A ROCK ON OTHER, ONE PICKLE, A DOT OF MUSTARD, 3 PIECES OF ONION, WATERED DOWN DRINK VIA FULL OF ICE AND A SPLASH OF SODA WHEN I SAID NO ICE, COLD HARD FRIES. ABSOLUTELY NEVER WILL I SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON THAT PLACE AGAIN!! THAT WAS MY FIRST AND ONLY TIME THERE! THIS WAS THE OLD FORT PARKWAY LOCATION IN MURFREESBORO, TN, LOTS OF PEOPLE TELL ME THAT IS THE WORST ONE & THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE, I STOOD AT COUNTER TO PICK UP ORDER FOR A FEW MINUTES WHILE THE EMPLOYEES LOOKED AT ME BUT IGNORED ME!! NOT AT ALL THE WORTH THE HIPE, WHAT A JOKE & WAIST OF MONEY ON EXPENSIVE COLD GARBAGE!

Swung by Whataburger this morning to get some last minute grub before this massive snow/ice storm starts lol. Today is 1/24, Saturday morning at 5am. Anyways, placed my mobile order through the app for pickup in the drive-thru. A very nice man named Thomas came to the window and handed me my drinks. And told me that he just started everything fresh for my order, and asked me to pull up. I told him no worries, to take his time! He came out shortly later with my rather large order of food and thanked me for my patience and kindness. And I thanked him right back! Got home and checked my food, and everything was made to perfection. Everything was correct, fresh, and tasted amazing! All the sandwiches were labeled with stickers to let me know which sandwich was what. (Something they don't normally do when I go, even though they are supposed to.) Everything was wrapped up excellent. Ketchup and napkins in the bag. I don't normally take the time to leave reviews... but I was very pleased with my stop this morning, and ESPECIALLY wanted to give a shout-out to Thomas for being so nice and being great at his job! (Also I believe he was the only one working this morning at this location) He is definitely a one man show! Lol
