- DCDrew Cifer2 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars I would. Drove out my way for a cold cheeseburger, cold fries and cold hard chicken nuggets I could have went to IN AND OUT and gotten a hot double double. So disappointed with this visit I probably won’t be back for a long time.

I visited this Wendy’s drive-thru on 12/27/2025 around 5:00 PM to pick up food for my daughter. As a newer location, I expected at least basic customer service, especially since there were no other customers at the time. Instead, the employees on this shift were more focused on talking to each other than engaging with customers. The person handing me my drink said nothing and simply stared. When I said “thank you” to the employee handing me the food, I was completely ignored and the window was shut without acknowledgment. This wasn’t due to being busy or understaffed; it was a clear lack of professionalism and awareness. For a location that recently opened, this is concerning. If this behavior is allowed early on, it will quickly become the standard. Ownership and management should review this shift closely, because these interactions are how customers decide whether they come back — or don’t.
