Not a deal breaker, but makes for a cold experience with only automated responses. My question was disregarded. When we pulled up to the window the people treated us with contempt. The food bag was thrust at me without a word and the window was slammed. When I requested a receipt I was denied. The reasoning was that the paper roll was out. I said I didn't mind waiting and the response was not warm. After printing the receipt, it too was shoved at me and followed up with a slam of the window. It's like one of those over the top corny training videos on what not to do. Except it was the real experience.
