At all the Wendy's I've been to, they give me ready-to-drink iced coffee. The lady yelled at me angrily. She asked me how much cream and sugar I wanted and I told her I don't know, I don't work here. I recommend that the owner train the employees better so they know how to make an iced coffee. They gave me the coffee, cream, and sugar separately so I could make it myself in my car while I'm driving. If I wanted to make my own coffee, I would have made it myself at home. That's why I'm the customer and I'm paying for full service, not to be yelled at. I just wanted a ready-to-drink iced coffee. And the lady at the window yelled at me and insulted me. I will never go to this place again in my life. What bad service and such rude workers. All that's missing is for them to ask me how they're going to cook the hamburger. I don't know that. You cooks should know that.
