- JGJustin GordonFeb 13, 20261.0Yesterday I decided to go inside to eat to avoid a potential mess as I had afternoon meetings. That was a mistake. The ketchup dispenser was broken and exploded on me, covering my jacket, shirt, pants and shoes. Another customer told me he had apparently warned them that it was broken and they did nothing to remedy it. I got no apology or even a concern when I told them and showed the mess that covered me. They were just annoyed they had to then remove the dispenser and clean up the mess on the counter and floor. The service was extremely slow, the lack of care and overall experience was atrocious. I will not be returning to this location
