  This is the best Taco Bell I've ever visited! The store was clean, employees very friendly, and the food was very good! They put tomatoes on my taco and was quick to fix another one! I recommend this store. Everyone that was working at 8:00 pm deserves a raise!!!

  I'm not going to address any problems except for one thing. For Management's sake, I had no problems with the employees or preparation or presentation of today's $9 Luxe Discovery box MRCO management of middle Tennessee does a great job at maintaining their Taco Bell restaurants. The slight problem was that my chips in the box tasted like the cinnamon crisps. Now I don't like cinnamon crisps, which is why I chose the box with nacho cheese and chips. And no...i didn't misread because I dipped my cinnamon tasting tortilla chips into the nacho cheese cup provided. Here's my concern. A cinnamon allergy can cause gastrointestinal symptoms but if severe enough..it can cause anaphylaxis... and because it's a shock response, nobody knows what the spectrum is since the ultimate end of anaphylaxis can be death. I worked in food service for years and there is a reason we finished all of the cookies, washed and sanitized all sheets and cooked peanut butter cookies separately As a 51 year old male who has eaten at Taco Bell on and off forever and who respects what taco bell is and has been...why did my nacho chips taste like cinnamon crisps

  It’s not any of the taco bell employees fault, but if you ever order through the app for delivery—it’s like impossible to get your food or they choose the worst drivers in the world. Like tonight my driver stole my food. Another time a driver showed up to the store & they didn’t see my order and told me to cancel it (i couldnt because they said they picked it up). They waited like 30 minutes and when I asked againif they found my order and she said “yes it on the counter.” And when I asked “can you not grab it?” She asked me if I still wanted it…. Then any other time the driver just can’t be reached and theyll leave it wherever. Idk what the difference is in ordering off the app and ordering off DoorDash directly. Other than it’s impossible to get a refund. It sucks having rewards on the app, but unless you’re picking it up yourself dont order off the app. It’s messed up as is, but my god you’ll never get your food. I’ll try to get a refund for this time or hopefully they can make my food again. Which I hate because this isn’t on them. It’s whatever system they have to use. If yall see this please try to get in touch with someone about it because something’s off about the app and deliveries!
