The guy ( Mannuel ) that handed me my food was very friendly!! Customer Service has been gone from so many businesses the last few years !! What a great surprise!!!! Go visit the morning crew on Cason lane !!! You’ll be surprised how much different your day starts with a friendly smile !!

No greeting, didn’t confirm it was my order—she literally said nothing, handed me my food, and walked off. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had from a carhop. If I was paying cash, she would have never gotten a tip, and from the way she was looking before she served me, I think everybody was getting that treatment. I’m a firm believer in taking pride in your job—it’s what you do on a daily basis. So maybe, if she’s like that with everyone, Sonic isn’t the place for her.
