My toppings were cold with unmelted cheese. My bf’s had melted cheese but his chicken tender was cold. I ordered a sweet tea and they brought me an unsweet tea. Honest mistake if they would have brought me a new one. However when I tasted the “new one,” I tasted sugar. Undissolved sugar, they poured sugar into the cold unsweetened tea to fix it. Worst experience at Sonic ever!

The guy ( Mannuel ) that handed me my food was very friendly!! Customer Service has been gone from so many businesses the last few years !! What a great surprise!!!! Go visit the morning crew on Cason lane !!! You’ll be surprised how much different your day starts with a friendly smile !!
