The drink was wonderful. The customer service rep said that ketchup was in the bag but it was not . I have not been to Sonic for a few years and now I know it would never go back again.
- CFChris FloydJan 13, 20261.0This is the one Sonic I avoid at all costs. They are the worst in Murfreesboro. They seem to shut down mobile ordering EVERYDAY around rush hour times. How convenient?!? No discounts or extra convenience for customers just so they can suck out a few extra dollars in margin from everyone trying to get dinner. Go to the Almaville Rd Sonic - that is the best Sonic in the area and they are on point ALL DAY, EVERYDAY! Oh, and they also cannot make the drinks here correctly to save their life. I'm telling you, stay away. you WILL be disappointed.

The workers don’t seem like they care enough either. Places need to hire people that are passionate about work rather than just find people just trying to make money the people and food here sucks. If I could 0 star it I would. And don’t go to the Smyrna Location either same place there too
