  It's not the best of the pizza before closing time despite it being extremely greasy. It was ali8ht; well at least I thought it was.

  I'm going to break this down into parts because it's not unfortunate but not great. I walked in because I had intended to get pizza and wings at Little Caesars but when I saw the worker outside vaping and coughing up a lung...I drove past....I knew we had a pizza hut. When I entered, an employee (which I later discovered was the training manager) was a bit guarded. I knew basically what I wanted but no menu was visible until I saw the paper menu. I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza and 6 wings with the hottest sauce It was 15 dollars more than I'd pay at Little Caesars but I like safety. The wing sauce was perfect. If I want hot, I want hot. However, the wings were weird. I've worked in food service where we serve wings... I had three wing nuggets with some meat on a few bones. I've worked in places where we serve wings and pizza. This was not friendly. The pizza looked good and tasted ok. Yum Brands pizza hut killed the spirit of the Pizza huts we had growing up in the 80s The ranch dip was incredibly salty... and that's because salt is listed before the less than 2 percent ingredients I don't blame the restaurant for that. But it can't be More than three stars because I was the only customer there at the time and the manager in training..Luan Kauffman....cheated me on wing quality just because..

  Arrived early for my order. Paid. Lady pulls 3 boxes out of the warmer - I let her know that it should be 4 boxes. Start 3 minutes of me explaining that I have 2 pizzas and 2 DOUBLE orders of breadsticks. She keeps telling me I only have one and that a breadstick order is only 5 breadsticks. Literally opened the box 3 times with a flourish like she's presenting on Price is Right, "There's your orders, sir." So I open up my phone to pull my order confirmation - she sees what I'm doing and actually checks my receipt. "You have 2 DOUBLE orders." Yes, as I said. Finally get 2nd order after she said the kitchen didn't read the order correctly (sorry guys, under the bus you go!) Spent entire visit trying to get the AMOUNT of food I actually ordered instead of being able to double check ACCURACY. When I get home, I realized they "mis-read" my order for the pizzas and gave me a hand-tossed pepperoni instead of a pan pepperoni - see attached photos of pizza and receipt (extra $1 for Pan crusts) for evidence. The lady signed saying she checked it - but since she never read the order before checking (see above) then how did she know to sign off on correctness? Answer: She can't. All just a show to give mouth service to quality but no substance to prevent errors. Just skip this location.
