She wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, told me to be quiet while trying to ask for the store manager’s information. The reason I wanted the store manager was because my adult daughter tried to address her complaint and was completely dismissed. Eden informed her she would not do anything to make her experience right because “they are just humans and make mistakes”. Then she wouldn’t even listen to me and told me…that I didn’t need the store managers information because it was against HIPAA but it definitely isn’t. I had to call a different location to get the information to file my complaint. I’m a store manager of a restaurant myself, so I know things happen but I would never continue to employee someone so rude to my customers, they only way we stay in business. I really hope someone contacts me so this can be resolved.

The general manager, Eaden L., is an outstanding person! Her personality, professionalism, honesty, quality work, and vibe, are something that all general managers should aspire to! If I could give more than five stars I would.
