Several weeks ago I tried the Wednesday wing promo. The wings were hands down the best wings I had had in a long time. I use to manage a wing restaurant near Atlanta so I am a bit picky when it comes to wings. I was so bummed when the following week this location was sold out so I drove to the other pizza hut location where they still had some in stock. This past Wednesday I placed another order for the wings at this location. They showed in stock & I was thrilled that it would be convenient to grab after kid activities ended for the day. As I arrived to the location I received a call where the gal explained they were out of stock & she could replace them with the normal wings which come in an 18 count vs the 20 count. I explained that we really like the mini wings as they are more crispy and asked if they could make them crispy. She explained they could. We hung up & I walked in to pay for the order & pick it up. The gal is spoke to on the phone was not the gal who was working the register so I explained what had just taken place on the call. She was seriously SO KIND. I showed her the app where you could still actively place the order for the mini wings & she explained Eden told her it "looks bad" when things show sold out even though they sold out about 6-630 they were still showing available at 745/750. She made a phone call to Eden who told her that despite what I was told on the phone that my 20 mini wings would be 18 regular wings that they would just cancel my order. I was not upset with the gal who was standing before me and even told her that her company was not setting her up for success. I am huge at people being set up for success because why would you not want to do that. What an awful experience the upper management is putting their front line works in to make an enviornment where customers feel wronged and the employees are unsupported. I hope the very respectful gal who was running the front leaves and finds a company who appreciates her. As for Eden maybe you should be let go and the gal running the front could take your position.

I don't usually do reviews but I was very pleased with my order. We order occasionally and yeah , sometimes they make small mistakes, nothing out of the ordinary. I don't care what anyone says; they have the best pizza! We love their flavor and speedy service.

Trash store with sleazy business tactics. Preorder 20 mini wings for $10 at 5 pm for 745 pickup. They call at 735 when im parked out front stating they ran out and could to traditional wings for $20+. I go in and the manager on duty says that the general manager EDEN and area manager SPECIFICALLY tell staff to not mark promotional items out of stock when they run out so that when customers show up or the store calls them they up-charge them to a higher priced, non promotional item. Talk about trashy. Maybe, if you actually know how to run a restaurant, your sales wouldn't be so far in the toilet you had to scam customers to spend more money with you. Will never buy food here again. My response to yours: Your responses both here and on on the official app complaint is a half thought out, pathetic response to try and cover yours and your general managers jobs. In speaking with your "new shift lead" who "did not know the procedure" for out of stock items, she specifically stated that she DID know how to mark it out of stock, but had been specifically told not to do so. If not to scam customers what other logical reason would there be for this? This was also reflected by the staff IN THE BACK OF HOUSE who stated THREE times in the 15 minutes we waited in your lobby that MORE orders came through for the promotion and were yelling up front complaining that she would also have to deal with those customers when they get there. The fact that you are trying to throw a new shift lead under the bus is disgusting. To add to this, WE DIDNT PAY FOR THE TWO ORDERS. What is there to refund? You clearly didn't care about the situation enough to figure out what even happened. Either you and the gm don't care about anything, and are just collecting paychecks until your restaurant becomes unprofitable and you get fired, or you have no ability to manage your employees, aka the gm, and hold her to your companies standards. As someone who managed the second highest grossing taco bell in Colorado for 10 years, this whole interaction from start to finish has been astounding. I find your responses both disrespectful and in poor taste. Have a blessed day! Jeff

I do not know how anyone could give this location 5 stars even 3. We moved and this is the closest Pizza Hut near us so the last 3.5 months have been horrible every single time (did I say EVERY SINGLE TIME) even when management has got involved only to receive the same delivery. Wrong orders, burnt pizzas, etc. I watched 3 customers to complain only to need to complain myself but no need because no change. This location needs a sweep of employment and to watch the choice of music being played for customers to hear. Old Fort Pizza Hut is always on point with friendly customer service totally worth 5 stars!

UPDATE to Kirk: I support respect and kindness to everyone, as does my daughter. I also expect the same and some customer service when I am purchasing a product. I did go in the store, and witnessed part of this. Guess we’ll agree to disagree. I just won’t be using this location again. I would give my experience a -5 if I could. I typically order from this Pizza Hut every week or two, and have been happy with my experience until today. The manager, Eden Lockhart, called the police! Ordered pizza on line for 11:15 pick up. Arrived at 11:15 and my daughter went in to pay and get the pizza. Showed ready on the monitor. No one greeted her, so she tried to catch the eye of one associate who never looked up. She looked around the corner and saw another lady. She asked if could she get her pizza. Lady went off, saying she was taking an order and other stuff. Then told my daughter to leave. We weren’t leaving without our pizza which is now getting cold. She said she’s calling the cops. Ok, we would wait for them. Asked the lady for her name…response - it’s in the door. Took a picture, it’s Eden Lockhart. Police asked what happened, we told them and they just shook their head. At that time we paid for the pizza and left. Also, she did not show us our pizza. I don’t know what she told them when she called or after the fact. What kind of customer service is this? Pretty major calling the police.
