The food I received was absolutely nothing compared to other locations and was told they didn't have an item I asked for on the menu, but they in fact did have the item. Nevertheless, I settled for something other than what I wanted and the presentation and taste was absolutely disappointing. I will never be back to this location again.
- BOBen OstergrantJan 2, 20261.0This is probably the worst customer service for a papa John’s in Murfreesboro. Every single employee was on their phones when I walked in tonight to pick up my order. Four people looked at me as I walked in, turned their backs to scroll on their phones. I stood at the front desk waiting until my wife came in after watching me wait for multiple minutes, she came in and stated hello? We have an order to pick up — to be met with confused stares and final handed the only order on the shelf, no other customers waiting. Very disappointed by the blatant rudeness and unprofessionalism. We give this location a try every few months because it’s near our home & are continuously disappointed by the lack of effort in the pizzas & poor service.
