I picked up my pizza tonight on 09 February 2026 around 630pm at the Murfreesboro Church St location. Walked in, the place was clean and I’m immediately greeted by a worker. Very professional and took my information, verified the order and was polite, he showed he took pride in his work and that’s impressive. Everyone was working, I didn’t hear any customer bad mouthing, no drama, just a group of people providing a great service.

I order online but doordash brought me my order. They forgot my drinks & the driver was unapologetic. I call the store & the manger on duty (Le) sent me my drinks & was very apologetic. I appreciate her kindness & helpfulness to correct the problem. Thank you!

We ordered 2 pizzas delivered. 45 minutes later, we receive an order. When we opened the boxes, we realized that it was the wrong order, with the wrong name, and the wrong address on it. When we called, the lady on the phone said "do you want us to send put a driver with the correct order?" She was dismissive and definitely did not want to be on the phone with me. 45 minutes later the other order showed up. It was also wrong. Definitely the last time I am ever ordering from this poor excuse for a restaurant.

Visited for Carry out today (Friday) And naturally, everyone in Murfreesboro is getting pizza. They were slammed. My email said my order would be ready at the time I walked in, but they told me it was still in the oven. There were probably seven or eight of us standing and waiting in the lobby. The young lady taking phone calls seemed to be struggling a little bit. She was probably new. That’s understandable. We’ve all been there. What I would like to highlight is the gentleman that was boxing up the pizzas. I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but he was working his butt off and keeping an eye on the front all at the same time. He stepped away when it was OK for him to do so, and asked us if he could help us. He politely told me my pizza was still in the oven and then proceeded to help the next person. At this point a few people were getting anxious and impatient. I remained calm and stood there observing the massive chaos haha. Finally, the gentleman that asked me previously my name brought over my pizza and drinks and smiled at me. Yes, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes longer than I should have but to see him so dedicated to his job and his customers was very refreshing. Whoever he is, he needs to be acknowledged for his hard work and positive attitude in a stressful environment. Hats off to you, my friend, you will go very far in life!
