The young man at the drive-through window was wearing stained clothing, and his long greasy hair was visibly matted. If you can't be bothered to shower, how can customers trust that proper food safety/cleanliness guidelines are being followed?

As soon as I step up, the worker walks in the back and is helping with the fries yelling at the Frey guy make sure you always have two baskets down. Meanwhile, there’s a line at the counter. Couple people said they’d be with me and after waiting five minutes I just left I had to go.
