I waited in the drive thru and was skipped by multiple cars, and when I pulled up to the window, I was told that because I arrived after 10:30, that I had to cancel my order. I didn't get my breakfast because the person running the drive thru messed up? Not cool. Very disappointed with this location.

We waited 25 minutes and never heard anything from the front counter. I walked up to ask about our order. The employees that brings the orders out made eye contact with me twice, ignored all my calls for help and pretended I was not there. When I told her I had been waiting at the counter to speak with her for 10 minutes she said she did not see me. I informed here that we saw each other twice and I had been calling back there for help, she still tried to deny it. So I told her that she did see me, and that its not OK for her to treat me that way. I hope the owner and manager read these reviews. This kind of behavior from your employees is why your store has a sad three star rating. You need to make a big change in the way your staff conduct themselves.
