  Overall 5 starts because the Service is Outstanding. There were technical issues at the Kiosk, and someone was there, I didn't have to ask, they were just there to help. When I had technical issues with a game and the credits didn't take, they were there again. Immediately. The workers float like ghosts throughout the floor, constantly present, never in the way, immediately accessible and instant resolutions. When we were bowling, Kia was our server. She was there, Not hovering, but she was at the check in desk when she was not checking on customers and provided instant, attentive service. We had appetizers by our second frame. The service was impeccable, (Also the food plus tokens deal is a steal). Overall fantastic trip.

  We had a nice time here. The bowling sensors kept giving our son (age 4, bumpers, ramp) fowls and pausing play due to 'technical' problems which was a bummer as it took away from the time slot we booked. Still a nice spot, regardless. A louder atmosphere for sure for those with sensory issues. The arcade was cool, laser tag & pool available.

  This was the first time we have been to Main Event and we loved it. There is such a variety of things to do like bowling, arcade games and laser tag. There wasn't much for my 19 month old great grandson to do without us holding him up to the games but he still seemed to enjoy himself. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a little pricey but it's well worth it.

  I will just start by saying this was a horrible experience. We reserved one of the VIP lanes. When we got there to check in, the girl gave us a regular lane. When we arrived at the lane there was a woman cussing out another woman and threatening everyone around. Security took about 5 minutes to even show up, then the just stood there for another 10-15 min and let her continue. I went back to the counter and questioned if we received one of the VIP lanes and the girl said that the VIP lanes were occupied. I asked her what the point of making reservations was if the lanes wouldn’t be available? She told me that they aren’t much extra anyways and wanted us to continue with the regular lane. No compensation was offered of any kind for doing this. I told her that she can just give us a refund if the lanes aren’t available. She said they would be available in 30 minutes. So of course they were not and she waited another 45 minutes for the lanes to be available. When we finally got to our lanes the room was very hot and we were told that it is always hot and the most they can do is open the door. When we finally received our food that we ordered, we had to wait another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. While we were bowling, the machine broke multiple times. We finally got tired of it breaking and just left. We have never had any of these issues at other bowling alleys. Horrible place to take anyone.

  We scheduled a manager holiday party for our staff who traveled from different places in the greater Nashville area, inviting them to spend the evening getting to know each other better, eating dinner, and playing games. We purchased the pass that allowed us to play bowling, billiards, laser tag, and arcade games. The banquet server also set up a large buffet style banquet for us with our selected foods. The entire party was just over 3 hours. Our banquet server, Angela, was incredible! Hats off to her for how smooth our event went and for how attentive she was to our crew. We had over 20 attendees spread around the entire venue for activities, which would make it challenging for anyone to track us down and serve so well. She will be our go-to server whenever we schedule events at Main Event again as she was a rockstar! Our company is in the restaurant industry, so we appreciate high-quality service like she provided! As far as activities go, this was the perfect venue for us to mingle and play plenty of activities of whatever type. The only bummer was not scheduling enough time to play every game in the space. A special "thank you" goes to the AGM, Luke, who also helped make the event extra special through his attentiveness and generosity, even helping me set up for the event before our guests arrived!
