A special shoutout to our server, Isa, who made the night even better—she was super helpful, kind, and attentive the whole time. She was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had what we needed without us having to ask. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and she checked in often to see if everything was good. Even though it was a busy night, Isa stayed upbeat and kept a great attitude the whole time. She made the evening even more fun with her great service. We’ll definitely ask for her the next time we come back!

The games all worked and kept the kids busy for hours while adults enjoyed the food. The meals were all quality and priced accordingly while the service was too notch. The friendly staff really made the experience enjoyable. No complaints and will make the 2hr drive again to enjoy the Main Event.

They told us they close at 12 which is fine. We plan to leave by 11:30 then we get to our lane and we sit down. No one ever comes to take our order. We had to go to the bar to get service as the server Bella walks by without ever asking if we needed anything we saw her sitting on her phone and walking around but never Asked if we needed anything never even looked our way and before we sat down she walked away this is so heartbreaking because we just wanted a quick fun outing after we've had a bad previous week thanks Bella for nothing !!

Rude service,’eye rolls for no reason , no plates or napkins so we had to go ask for anything we needed. Then charged us for soda refills over billing us. We asked a manger about refills and were told they are free. An older manger came out and then refunded us but saw it was not even for all refills! I decided to give him some feedback on the rude service and instead of apologizing he just made excuses for them having a problem with an earlier group they had to deal with….. So I guess all of us kind paying customers are supposed to pay for someone else’s problems…. We dropped over $200 in an hour for something our family only gets to do once in a while and that’s ok with them…. And the pizza was terrible and made a few of us sick after we left… It was such a fun place but not sure about giving it another chance after tonight…
