    It's very rare to find a KK location that goes this smoothly. The holiday donuts were actually decorated like they are supposed to be and the cashier was great.

    I am thoroughly disgusted with this location. Last year on bday was given 6 free donuts in my app yet only got 3 from the black ladies that work there then this year didn't get to use my 6 free donuts because every time I went to the store here in Murfreesboro to get my bday donuts the app would not pull up my reward & I tried for a week 4 different days. Then my last Door Dash order hlaf of my large Caramel Frap drink was poured into the cup holder in the bag and leaked into my dozen chocolate glazed donuts so I have not been to Krispy Kreme since I went back to Donut Country at least they have respect for spending customers these chain stores and owners do NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, PERIOD! COLD HARD FACTS! Amazing how AFTER U POST A REPORT ON THE SORRINESS OF THIS LOCATION AND ITS SERVICE THEN THEY WANT TO KNOW ALL THE DETAILS BUT UNTIL THEN THEY, THE MANAGER AND STAFF COULD CARE LESS AND IT PROVES SO BY KEEPING THE SAME LAZY EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER, THAT IS HOW U LOSE BUSINESS AND GET A BAD REPUTATION QUICK! BUT I HAVE LEARNED CHAIN STORES DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF THAT JUST MONEY!
