Ordering is done exclusively through a kiosk, which is great if you love touch screens- and less great if you want to talk to an actual human or pay with anything that isn't electronic. It's giving"paperless by force" vibes. Speaking of humans, the lone worker on duty looked like they were spiritually clocked out 3hrs before I walked in. Not rude, just radiating strong " I'm only here so I don't get fired" energy. As for the value? The tenders were med. Not jumbo, not impressive, just medium. Overall I wouldn't say it was terrible, but a fact to finish cooking the chicken myself I should at least get an employee discount.

Unfortunately, the chicken wings were undercooked and still bloody inside. That’s obviously a major issue. I ended up having to put them in my air fryer at home just to make them safe to eat. Great flavor doesn’t make up for undercooked chicken. Food safety has to come first. I hope they tighten up their kitchen standards because the potential is definitely there.
