Yea not worth the money. Like I said tho the staff was great so that saved it from a 1 star.

I may be a bit biased since grew up in Oregon and Tennessee, but Dutch Brothers Coffee is absolutely better than the competition. And they come from a dairy farm, so they have in house control over a lot of products they put in their Coffee.

I was told my order will be ready when I arrived by the app. This is the third time I’ve arrived to this location after placing a mobile order and they do not start making my order until I get there. When I asked them if this is common practice, they explained to me that they are not allowed to make mobile orders until the customer gets there. I explained it was a mobile order for the pick up window and the app stated I’m able to order ahead. I explained I’m also able to do this at any other location I’ve been to. The barista again told me they are not allowed to make my order and that there are a lot of variables which makes it too complicated for me to understand. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my drink order to be made. They had already made my chorizo wrap. Which is why I’m confused as to why they could not start my coffee order.My order was not done properly. The coffee was burnt and I don’t think they used the chocolate milk with my hazelnut truffle mocha. The staff is not very friendly. Sadly, I won’t be visiting this location again. I’ll be going out of my way to visit the Smyrna one off Enon Springs. They were the first in Rutherford County and are incredible.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
