  I love their coffee, but the last two times my order ahead has been 20 minutes later than what was said. I order ahead while getting ready to make sure I have enough time to get to work. Waiting 20 minutes for one coffee is crazy! I have been late to work due to this am I normally wouldn’t wait, but I was not able to cancel my order and it was already paid for.

  Not being open until 9am is wild for a coffee shop. I’m very glad you can now order from the app!Thats a game changer. Coffee and other drinks are all pretty good; sometimes the service is a bit slow but I think it’s due to volume not lack of effort. Service is almost always friendly and so far I believe my orders have been correct. The drive-thru is a bit tight for a larger vehicle as is the parking section for walk up service. All in all I’m glad to have this choice available and frequent it often.

  Never thought my little tiny coffee shop that I loved in high school would be in Tennessee but I'm so happy they are! I would always stop in before high school back in grants pass! Back then they only had the little stand and the café and honestly the coffee is just as good as it was back them!

  First, I love Dutch Bros as a company. I’m even a share holder because I believe so much in the company. However, the past several visits have been lackluster in comparison to when this location opened. As an example - I ordered a Large Deconstructed Rebel and I received a kids’ cup with the syrup and wasn’t offered a straw. After giving a $2 tip in addition to paying for a large, this lack of service and inconsistencies in the way that the deconstructed rebels are served is just not acceptable. The whole point of ordering a large is so I can later add ice and drink it straight from the cup. While this is a small inconvenience, it’s just 1 of several other accumulating issues that seem to be a continuous and rising concern at this location. The turnover rate may be to blame, as there doesn’t seem to be any continuity with the same employees working there. They seem to leave after a month or so. Not a bad location, but not on par with others that we frequent.

  The coffee was pretty good, however when they have someone outside in the line waiting to take your order before the menu; sometimes it makes me feel a little rushed especially as we hadn't been there before, but, the gentleman outside was very accomodating and gave us his reccomendations for some of the best coffees. This is a pretty quick and easy stop for all your coffee needs, I would reccomend making this a daily coffee stop. Maybe ask for light ice though...
