I was there today during their busiest time, when they are packed, and they have been dealing with short staff, as i go there often, they are doing the best they can with the volume of customers. The managers Maggie and Rochelle are great and always try to smooth out any problems, they both go above and beyond. Sometimes you do have to wait, but there might be reasoning behind that. I am proud to call 833 memorial my home dunkin!

Waiting in the drive through line for 5 mins isn't bad, but when I get to the front and they hand me my food and and ask me to pull up and wait for my drinks while handing drinks to the people behind me kinda upset me. They had plenty of time to have my whole order ready before I got there, not to mention the time I was in line. Waited for a few minutes before walking in and was ignored, and they only wanted to give me only one of my drinks! They roll their eyes and go back to work at a snails pace. Everyone in the lobby talking about how they haven't even been acknowledged standing there for 10 plus minutes. Something is wrong with this place. Oh plus one of my coffees was wrong 🫠 I normally like dunkin, but instances like this are getting more common. customer service and accountability have completely gone out the window
