I always order walk-in to save time in the drive-through, but there’s nobody working the walk-in counter. There’s nobody that checks with customers on their name or accuracy of their order. My family has been visiting this Duncan for many many years because we live close by. After this morning‘s debacle, we’re not only did. We have to wait over 20 minutes for an order. I had placed well in advance, when we finally received our order, it was wrong. We will not go back to the store.

You would think that they all use the same ingredients in the same region/ city. I can go to any other dunkin and the same cup is different. Does not make sense. I usually drive by this one on purpose. But if I don't give them a chance every now and then, I don't know if things have changed for the better.
