Another time they only gave me ONE of the two orders of bacon I had. I always get the frozen caramel crème and they will either not put whip cream on top or the cinnamon sugar. I order ahead of time online, but yet still get asked to pull up and they will bring my food out. It’s terrible.

Our order was incorrect and had to be fixed at the window, not a small mess up either we ordered 2 sandwiches, hash browns, donut holes, and 2 lattes, we got hand 1 iced coffee and nothing else. The server almost seemed high and definitely had no customer service skills. The croissant sanwich we did get was falling apart, the hashbrowns were limp and soggy, and we got the wrong type of bagel for our bagel sandwich. Worst experience at Dunkin ever, I'll go to Starbucks next time.
