Our order was incorrect and had to be fixed at the window, not a small mess up either we ordered 2 sandwiches, hash browns, donut holes, and 2 lattes, we got hand 1 iced coffee and nothing else. The server almost seemed high and definitely had no customer service skills. The croissant sanwich we did get was falling apart, the hashbrowns were limp and soggy, and we got the wrong type of bagel for our bagel sandwich. Worst experience at Dunkin ever, I'll go to Starbucks next time.
