I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt to the workers, but this has been an issue for a long enough time now that some sort of management should have stepped in or be replaced for not fixing this problem. Don't come to this location if you're on a time crunch.

After waiting 20 minutes in line, I finally got to the window only to find out I was at the wrong location. I completely understand that the mistake of sending the order to the wrong place was on me, but what was frustrating is that no one mentioned it earlier. Instead, I wasted 20 minutes waiting. To make matters worse, the person at the window didn’t even know the address of their own store. I didn’t expect them to honor the order since it wasn’t theirs, but they could have at least offered to remake it and let me pay again. That simple gesture would have solved the problem. Instead, I left with nothing but wasted time. Very disappointing.

I had my first Caramel Cold Coffee and they helped me throughout and made sure it was to my taste. Then they told me the pumps of each so I would have it for my next visit. They gave well deserved service and service appreciated by the customer. A+
