I Ordered Food Online And It Was Marked Pickup And Not Delivery, I Called And Was Told They Would Get It Figured Out And Get It Me. 20 Minutes Later My Door Bell Ring Was Rung And To My Surprise Not Only Was It Delivered, But The Owner Himself Delivered It. I Have To Say This Is Customer Service At It’s Highest Level. I Will Definitely Be Ordering From Here Again In The Very Near Future, Donatos Ownership And Staff Thank You For Your Incredible Service!!!

Not only did they deliver an item that was inedible, but it was inedible because they drenched it in sauce and items I DID NOT REQUEST! It’s so soggy it’s falling apart and tastes horrible. Uber eats AI slop bot would not let me speak with a live human and only refunded me 80% of a meal that went in the trash, leaving me without dinner because of Donatos screw up. NEVER eating there again!
