  My husband and I were Pizza Hut customers for years, had dominos and wondered what took us so long to change. We were going to the new Salem location and I would get the same pizzas with garlic oil on the crust. We had ordered that on 2 different occasions and the guy was always so nice and the pizza was delicious and fresh, 3rd time I ordered with a woman ( said she was the manager) she stated they could not put oil on the crust, I had explained that is how I had been ordering and getting it with no issues, she said they cannot do that due to cost.(I spend at least $35-$40 at least 6-8 times a month) I would have paid extra but wasn’t given that option, she wasn’t the friendliest at all, customer service is not the field she needs to be working in. (They have lost our business not so much that they couldn’t give the garlic oil but her tone and attitude.) I cancelled my order and called the warrior Dr (store# 6308) they have the BEST customer service, the food is very hot and fresh and they make sure there is garlic oil on my crust. I’ve been 3 times and the workers go above and beyond with the customer service. The gentleman that works the window even remembered me by name when I pulled up before I even told him my order I was picking up !!!! It’s so nice to find a place that treats their customers with a smile, the orders are correct and the food is fresh… great jobs store 6308, keep up the great work!!!! I will refer this store location to everyone.

  The hand tossed pizza I received was underwhelming compared to its predecessor a few weeks ago. The crust? Unenthusiastic. I had to double check if I mistakenly ordered thin crust because what I received was a melancholy, fraud of a pizza. It drooped and flopped all over the place as my toppings slid off the pie. I'm typing this parched because of how salty it was. While it was not inedible, this fell short of the standard Dominos has proven they are capable of achieving. I'm full yet unsatisfied and with slightly elevated blood pressure now.

  Shout out to our driver, I believe her name was Melissa. Apparently my dad jokingly asked if she would grab a bag or two of our groceries. I walk outside, and two my surprise, here she comes with the pizzas and a couple of bags of groceries. Made for an amazing laugh and an awesome story. The spicy chicken bacon ranch pizza was also freaking amazing

  This Domino's is right on the way to all my errands running in the evenings so pizza tonight happens quite frequently LOL! with my coupons and smart card I can feed my family for 25 bucks? And have leftovers to pack lunches the next day! Food is always freshly prepared upon ordering so it's still hot by the time I get home!
