I told them we rarely eat pizza so we’re not interested in a store credit to which I was told they would void the entire order and then re charge the order minus the missing item with my credit card information over the phone. We all know a refund takes several days to process so I’d be out double the money for their mistake. There was no desire to make it right. Also, the quality of the pizza was terrible. It’s hard and the cheese is cold. It tasted and looked like it’s been sitting out for a few hours. Would not order from this location in the future.
