One woman was cleaning the good area as we walked up and a cahsier was standing there. We were not greeted, asked to wait for a second, or acknowledged. The two workers continued having a conversation while occasionally looking at us. Once the worker finished cleaning, she just said, "What you want?" And glared at us. I told her the first item and she continued to rudely ask about the order. We just walked out without finishing our order. This was 11:45 on 1/11.

She intentionally dropped my order on the floor and threw the bag in my hands after my order was re-bagged while giving me very rude facial expressions. Then, she proceeded to mutter slurs under her breath when I heard her clearly. This is not the first occurrence where this particular staff member has been extremely rude to customers. She is also seen multiple times in her phone when handling customers. I will be reporting this to corporate. I have yet to hear from the manager, Jade Williams, regarding this situation.

Sitting on her phone in a customer’s face while they’re talking to her is CRAZY, and then being rude to the customer on top of that? Absolutely embarrassing work ethic. Not that it matters but we definitely won’t be back.
