As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Customers frequently reported extremely long wait times, often exceeding 30 minutes, especially in the drive-thru.

Staff was honest and upfront about an issue with the drive thru speaker being down. Gave quality service and food. Thanks to the ladies who are working hard.

For three weeks now, the drinks have been non existent. Not sure if it’s the machine or what but it’s disappointing to not have a drink with my meal or having to stop at a second place just for a drink.

I’ve never left a review before, but this place earned one. I’ve ordered here four different times between 12:10 a.m. and 12:30 a.m., and every single time I was told they were “out of drinks.” Four separate nights. Same excuse.
If you close at 1:00 a.m., then why are drinks magically unavailable 30–45 minutes before closing? Either update your hours to 12:15 or stop cutting corners and actually serve customers until you close. It’s not being “out of drinks” — it’s clearly shutting things down early so no one has to clean later. And 3/4 times I never received my funnel cake fries . But who cares when DoorDash will just give the customer a refund right?
Customers shouldn’t be penalized because the night shift doesn’t want to do their job properly. If you’re open until 1:00, act like it.

Great food and was fast. I was onlyvone in line on a Sunday and love the seasoned fries. Pricey but if you like fries like I do it's worth it.
