He’s 13 and somehow manages to finish an entire bowl every time we go it’s that good. As a dad, I love that it’s been a simple way to show him how much proper nutrition fuels athletic performance. The food is always fresh, full of flavor, and never disappoints. The cucumber drink, made fresh every day, is a standout crisp, light, and refreshing. The staff deserves just as much praise. They’re consistently friendly, welcoming, and quick to take care of you. Whether we stop in after practice or on the weekend, the experience is always top-notch. Kava has earned a permanent spot in our routine. Highly recommend it to anyone who cares about good food, great people, and fueling up the right way.
