  I went in late last night which is not typical for me. I usually make sure at latest I go in an hour and half before closing time. However, busy day lasted longer than expected and I wanted to eat here. We went in and were greeted with a smile and got sat in Tyler's section in the bar area. From start to finish he was spectacular!!!!! I never felt rushed even though I was trying to in order to help them out. The food was exactly what I needed and wanted. Even late it was fresh and hot and ended up chatting with Tyler for a moment. He was so kind, professional, and helpful. I told him I usually get togo but will be back to Dine in just because of him. I can usually find good food at many other places however finding good service is usually more difficult and he far beyond exceeded my expectations. He had no idea just how much it meant to me to have a great end to a long day considering it was the 2 year anniversary of my husbands death. He is a true definition of always being kind to people because you never know what people are going through. So shout out to the kitchen crew for great food even late and shout out to you Tyler for being so amazing. I can't wait to come back and see you again!!!!!!

  Extremely pin bones in fish, denied to delivery. Maybe in-dining is better. But delivery is the worst. Am experience of extreme pin downs, being blames for n simplg ordering and doordash. Better attempt at UberEats and cross fingers you do not choke on dinnner.

  Excellent service! We had a large group of 15+ our server Drew Sears did an amazing job for such a large group! Not one mistake!

  Took my girlfriend and I out for Valentines Day, even though it was really busy the hosts had us sat within 15 minutes. Our server Tyler was fantastic, super personable and very polite. We ended up getting the 4 course meal and it was delicious. It was super affordable for a nice couples meal!

  First let me start by saying I’m shocked to be writing this review! It’s been years since I have received such extraordinary,  phenomenal service! Yes, it was that good. We were a party of 5, coming in at 5 pm, so the place was basically empty on a Thursday. We were seated, and Vincent (Vinny) was our server. He was great from the beginning. Helpful kept the drinks full and did a great job. Well, our food came, and to our surprise, my husband's steak was well done when ordered medium rare. We called our server over and asked if we could get it corrected. Vinny responded with genuine apologies( not the fake ones that most servers and managers seem to do nowadays). We didn’t complain, just asked if we could get it corrected. Well, the rest of the family continued to eat. By the time the steak was corrected, everyone was almost done. The steak still was not cooked correctly, but we didn’t complain/ say anything. We were there to celebrate a birthday, and my husband was hungry, and we were on a time limit by then. Vinny came by to check on the steak, asking how everything was. My husband only said it was better and left it at that. Well, Vinny saw it was still not right and took it upon himself to get the meal credited and other things as well. When the check came, Vinny just handed it to us and didn’t say anything. Imagine our surprise when we found out what he had done. We even asked him if the check amount was correct!! It was a genuine gesture, and it brought hope back to me that people still want to go above and beyond for better customer service! Thanks to him, we will go back! We left with a full tummy, the biggest smile, and great memories thanks to him. I hope someone high up sees this and promotes that boy; he did an astonishing job, providing a true customer service response to the situation and going above and beyond to get things corrected.  The managers who were working that day did speak with us ( she could barely get a half-butt apology, ya, the kind we sadly seem to be getting on the regular anymore). Yeah, I'm sure she had to push some buttons when it came to crediting the steak, but I bet it was Vinny who went to bat for us to get it corrected.
